This notice applies only to a LadVen OS demo request. It explains what data the team receives and why.
Data we receive
Your name, company, work email, phone number if you provide it, and the message text. Do not send passwords, payment data, documents, or other unnecessary information through this form.
Why we use it
To receive your request, contact you, prepare a demo around the process you describe, and continue correspondence about this request. The basis is your separate consent before you submit the form.
Storage and access
The request goes to the LadVen OS forms module and is available only to people handling demo requests. We keep it no longer than needed to handle the request and as allowed by applicable rules.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit the form, withdraw consent, or ask us to clarify, correct, or delete your data by writing to demo@ladven-os.io. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
Cookies and analytics
The page uses technical browser storage for the form and Yandex.Metrika or Google Analytics counters on the relevant domain. They help us understand visits and successful requests; your browser settings can restrict cookies.
